Alexander Pushkin has some really cool stuff. was a great russian author. thanks for recommending his work
oh dear, I thought The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society was supposed to be this year's challenge's bonus list. To my horror when I checked today, I found it's not there... and then I came across Disgrace by J.M. Coetzee in the list! What a coincidence!!! I shrieked with joy because I read that after the Potato Peel Pie Society! I can breathe a sigh of relief now. :)
I'm also a bit panicky as I am reminded that the deadline is this October 2010, better buck up before it's too late! :)
That's 2 down for me (Rebecca and The Shuttle) and 4 + bonus to go! Dracula and Titus Groan are up next!
Postws in both April and May Review by mistake. You can take out the one in April, or I'm happy if you leave it there! :)
Just posted my 2nd review, The Brothers Karamazov. It was a very challenging read but very worthwhile.
