One more book to go. I'll be finishing with The House of the Seven Gables.

I've read so many books I might never have read because of the Classics Challenge - I love it. :) I've read quite a few more than I initially signed up for, but I still have a few books to go on my official list...crossing my fingers!

So I finally posted my first review for the Classics Challenge and I started with... my bonus book??? Memoirs of a Geisha was the book I picked to read as "future classic". Now, on to the next book if I want to get my reviews up in time! O_O

Thanks for the challenge Trish. It really got me to read some books I've been meaning to get to for a long time!

We're looking for profiles of several of these books at www.bookdrum.com, where you can add information, images, video, music and links to illustrate and explore the books.

There's $3,000 of prizes to be won by the best profiles. Why not give it a try?

EEKS! Sorry: I posted the WRONG link at #47! Going to my review of part 2 instead of part 1 of I Am a Cat. I hope it can be fixed...

Hi, I'm totally up for this and very excited! I'm currently making my way through Nicholas Nickleby, since I haven't read Dickens in a few years. I forgot how funny he is! I love classic works and rereading them always brings back great memories or creates new ones. I know I'll be the feaster since I read so darn much. :) Oh, and kudos to Kya for getting through Hawthorne. He's a fave, but I can only read two pages at a sitting since he's so dense! Thanks, Nate. ;)
